Veekee James’s white wedding was the icing on top of the loved-filled week of her beautiful marriage ceremony. She stunned us with her introduction, court wedding, traditional wedding, and now the grand finale. It’s safe to say we’ve thoroughly enjoyed all swoon-worthy moments from the designer and her man.
The daughter of Zion walked down the aisle in one of the most stunning wedding dresses we’ve set our eyes on. The dress was a beautiful corset mermaid tail made with lace, while her husband Mr Femi Atere looked handsome in a matching white suit as they both said “I do” to forever.
One of the major highlights of the wedding, was when the couple exchanged heartfelt vows as Pastor Bolaji Idowu of the Harvesters International Christian Centre sealed and blessed their marriage.
Did we also forget to mention the worship-filled atmosphere, when she performed her hit single “Olugbeja” with the 200 City Choir? It was truly her moment, and we are happy we got to witness all the beautiful moments from #LoveUnbeaten.

If there’s one thing we know, a Veekee James party is a party for fashionistas. From the Celebrity designer Mai Atafo, to Ceo Luminee, Eniola Ajao, and Hilda Baci, we saw celebs from all nooks and crannies of the industry come together to celebrate the ace designer.
For the designer’s star-studded reception, guests slayed in dresses that harmonized classic and modern conceptual pieces for the vintage-themed party. As usual, they brought their fashion A-game to the reception. We were not surprised the bride also created a category for best dressed male and female, each of which went home with a whooping sum of ₦500,000. The looks of course were runway-worthy.
Berbiedoll won the best dressed female at Veekee James party.
Dr Akin Faminu won the best dressed male at Veekee James’s wedding party.
