Lights, Camera, Action! It was all glitz and glam as our favorite celebrities turned up for the Netflix Bridgerton Premiere, the third installment of Shondaland‘s award-winning series in Johannesburg, South Africa. The event is part of the global celebrations ushering in the installation of the first batch of four episodes which will premiere on May 16. The second batch will arrive about a month later in June.
The highly-anticipated premiere of Netflix’s hit period drama Bridgerton was a true affair to remember. As the third season debuted with much fanfare, our celebrities posed on the red carpet looking like they had stepped straight out of a Regency-era painting.
However, note that this is not the first time our celebs represented us. If you remember well, you’ll know they did the same at the premiere of Bridgerton: Queen Charlotte Story.
Yet again, Nigerian Stars proved they can never be relegated to the background at the event and boyyy! do we love it? This gorgeous outfit follows the dress code of “Regency Era Splendor: Into The Spotlight,” and our stars did not disappoint.
The latest Bridgerton season is all about the beautiful love story between Colin Bridgerton and Penolope Featheringtion. Although, we anticipate the series hitting our screens in May I6, let’s take a moment to appreciate our stars for slaying the red carpet like royalties.

From the Former Guinness World Record Holder, Hilda Baci looking like a princess to KieKie who ate hands down. We saw a lot of attires to recreate ASAP. Did we forget to mention our beloved Kunle Remi, who looked like Yoruba royalty and gave a nod to his heritage? Our celebs ate and left no crumbs. They understood the assignment and delivered it beautifully.
