Day 2 of Heineken Lagos Fashion Week 2019 runway show has come and gone. As expected, our African designers decorated the runway with beautiful pieces of their SS20 collections. With the spectacular designs that graced the runway, we sure can bet the trends for 2020 will be the bomb. 
 
 While Day 1 saw celebrities like DJ Spinall,  Toke Makinwa, Ike Onyeoma, Toni Tones, Rema, and Wife of BBNaija Mike, Perri Shakes -Drayton strut the runway for some notable designers, day 2 was exceptional in its own way as BBNaija ex-housemate, Venita Akpofure and media personality, Bolanle Olukanmi walked for the hair brand, Darling Nigeria while several African designers such as Bridget Awosika, Haute Baso, ASSIAN, Meite Awa, Cynthia Abila, Sisiano and others were present to keep us awed all through.

 The brand was all about excitement, colour, culture, story and intricate artistry. 
 CLAN
 Clan’s SS20 was entitled ‘Wildfire’.
Cynthia Abila
 Cynthia Abila’s designs celebrates freedom, glamour and femininity. The eponymous brand depicts the confidence of her heritage and the ethnic magnificence of her roots as unique as they are without identity concession. The collection featured a dominance of vibrant colours in flowing silhouettes and fluid patterns. 





 Haute Baso
 Sisiano
 With its SS20 collection, Sisiano presented the ocean’s ability to interlace its subtle yet intimate relationships with the universe; transcribing to our human existence and what it means to experience life through the flows of uncertainty.

 Christie Brown
 Christie Brown’s Fall collection is tagged ‘She is King’.
